Gary L. Mason - Ashling Development, LLC Director of Operations
An accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in financial analysis, global operations, and business planning and restructuring, Gary L. Mason is the chief operating officer and director of operations at Ashling Development, LLC. He joined the company in 2020 and, within a year, helped save the company more than $100,000 in annual overhead through a variety of cost-saving initiatives. Gary L. Mason serves in a similar leadership role at Green Field Builders Group, LLC and Crann Integrated Solutions, LLC.
Gary L. Mason is a member of the National Business Association, Society of Human Resources Management, National Association of Home Builders, and Commercial Real Estate Executives. He holds an MBA in business with a focus in entrepreneurship and finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and a bachelor of arts in history from Dickinson College.
An aspiring author and always in search of a publishing company, Mr. Mason wrote the book, "Living with Death," in which he draws upon his own experience of losing his sister at an early age to help others overcome grief. He spent several years volunteering with Comfort Zone Camp and helped the organization establish a presence in New Jersey to provide grief counseling services to children who lost parents in the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
